VW Bug 1600 Carbureted breast Plate and Crank Pulley
Type 1 VW engine breast plate (the larger tin) and crank pulley tin (the smaller one). These tins are the 1600 carbureted style from the early 70’s. This is the most common style of tins to use. There are several different styles of breast plates and crank pulley tins. Check your engine to see which type of tin fits your engine. You want to make sure your small crank pulley tin matches your breast plate. This style of breast plate does not work with fuel-injected Bug exhuast as the holes don’t line up with the tubes that need to go through them.
